How do I find items in SportBuyClub?
You can look for items on SportBuyClub in several ways. The easiest way is to browse through the categories on the top menu of the site. You can then refine the search by category, brand and size.
Alternatively, you can go directly to your favourite brands and refine through category and size. If you know the style name of what you want, you can enter this into the "Search" at the top of any page on the site and find everything related to your search.
Once you have found your desired item, click "add to cart" to start the ordering process.
How do I make purchases on SportBuyClub ?
Once you have finished shopping, checkout is easy. You can see the items you've added to your basket by clicking the "Cart " button at the top right of any page.
Once you're viewing the content of your cart, you can adjust the quantity by changing the number on the right of the items. If you have not previously registered with us, you will have the option to click on " register" to create a new account. If you have already registered with us previously, please login using your email address and the password you created for the account.
Please note that an email address for all orders placed on SportBuyClub.com is needed. You will then be guided through the steps to add the shipping information and billing informatio , as well as to choose a form of payment. Once the order has been revised and completed, you will be sent an email confirmation with your order number to your email and a shipping confirmation email once the order is shipped.
How I can buy by brand?
For a complete list of the brands that we currently have on the site, click on " Brands" from the dropdown menus. Also, you can type the brand name in the search box and you will be directed to the home page of the brand.
What forms of payment are accepted?
SportBuyClub accepts credit or debit card and PayPal as forms of payment.
Is it safe to use my credit card at SportBuyClub.com?
Yes, shopping at SportBuyClub is safe. Our site employs the latest version of 3D Secure technology to encrypt your information and ensure that only you and SportBuyClub are able to see it. In any instance where you suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company. SportBuyClub.com will never ask for your PIN number on your credit card at the checkout.
Can I make changes to an existing order?

Where is my confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is that your Internet service provider has identified our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from email@example.com. How I can cancel my order?

How do I use a promotion code?
To use the promotion code, you have to enter it at the checkout of your order. Below the articles added there is an input that says " Voucher Code ". Enter your promotional code in this section, the discount will then be applied to your order and you can complete the process as usual.

What if I ask something that is out of stock?
Our website contains a feature that removes out of stock items from the online store, but occasionally an item sells out at the precise moment when you do the order. If an item in your order is sold out, we will send the goods available. Our staff will do everything possible to meet your needs.
What if my credit card shows multiple charges?
We are restricted from charging yur credit card more than one time. However, if you see multiple charges on your credit card, you probably had to send your order more than once due to address verification problems .
When you place your order, we receive authorization for the amount of your order. We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order. Please contact our Customer Service Department if the charge must be removed and need our help.
What if I am ordering and there is an error in the checkout?

What should I know about promotions?
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the time period specified only for purchases of merchandise online and may be used only once unless otherwise noted.
One time use Promotions must be used full in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions can not be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to shipping, VAT or taxes or similar services.
Promotion can not be applied retroactively to orders previously placed or to orders that have been modified .
For promotions that require a minimum order, shipping costs do not count towards the minimum purchase requirement .

Are the products guaranteed?
All our products enjoy 1 year warranty provided by our suppliers. This does not include misuse or damage caused by incorrect handling of the item.

Will my orderl incur customs charges?

What if an item is missing from my order?
Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple boxes or bags because they do not all fit into one. Contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. In the unlikely event that we have not included an item of your order, we will make the necessary arrangements to replace it and send it immediately.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately and we'll do the necessary arrangements to send the correct product. We will also make the necessary arrangements to organize the return or refund shipping charges to return the wrong item.
Do you make deliveries to PO boxes?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver to post office as all our courier services are services that require a signature.
Do you do deliver to my work address?
Yes, we can deliver to your workplace. Please be sure to include the name of the company in the shipping information so the delivery driver can find the place easily.
What is the return policy?
Sportbuyclub.com is committed to customer satisfaction; we aim to make all aspects of ordering as hassle free as possible, especially returns. If you receive any merchandise and you dont stay happy for any reason, simply return it to us within the time below, in the same condition in which you received it and we will refund the item (s ) without problem.
Returns - 20 days from the date of purchase.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original conditions, unless defective .
Once returned, defective items will be assessed by our returns department and sent to the manufacturer. If the item has to be repaired, we will inform you by email as well as the estimated finish date of repair. The repaired item will be sent back to you free of charge. If the item is going to be refunded, we will process as usual, ensuring that you will receive your refund as soon as possible after the evaluation.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you would like to return your productto us, please follow these simple steps :

2. Pack all items together with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Make sure all items are protected or your return may be rejected.
3. Go to your local post office and send it to the address shown on the invoice. For security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you take the delivery via insured registered post as sportbuyclub.com is not responsible for lost return packages.
What happens to my return when it reaches SportBuyClub?
Once received at our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure that you receive the refund as soon as possible. To keep you informed , we will send you an email confirming the refund and indicating how it is processed according to the original form of payment .
Refunds for credit card payments will be automatically issued to your bank account. Due to the bank processing time, please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to be shown in your account.
Refunds for payments made through PayPal will be paid into your PayPal account within 24 hours after receiving the email confirmation for the return.
In the unlikely event you do not receive an email from us within 10 days after the shipment of your order, please contact our Customer Service and we'll help you find it . Tell us if you have a tracking number for the package.
Are the shipping costs of return on your own?
If the returned item is damaged, defective, or if we sent you a wrong item, we will pay the shipping costs of returning up to 15.00 € upon assessment, as well as the shipping for the new item.
In case of shipping reimbursement it is required to send the receipt along with the return.
If the returned item was what you ordered but turned out to be not exactly what you were hoping for (i.e. you weren't happy with your choice of size, colour, style) then we ask that you pay for the cost of returning that item to us.
